Costs
- Students, faculty, staff, trustees and their families - no charge for usage of facilities
- Alumnae and family - $60 per calendar year includes usage of pool, weight room, track, tennis courts, and gym
- Conference guests - part of conference fee if contracted in advance.
- Passes for trustees and alumnae will be distributed and fees paid annually at the Department of Athletics located on 3rd floor of Woodruff Building.
- Community Swim Program - pool only - $175/family; $125/couple; $75/single adult per session.
- Scottie Pass – pool, gym and workout facilities - $100 per session.

Methods of Use
- All users of the Woodruff Activities Center must present valid access ID cards and sign in individually at the desk at the main entrance to the building.
- College students, faculty and staff must present Agnes Scott ID cards.
- Alumnae and trustees must present their pass and driver's license.
- Family members without the primary user must present their family pass and a driver's license.
- Community Swim/Scottie Pass must present their pass. Participants are not allowed to bring guest(s) to the facility.
Primary users are students, faculty, staff, alumnae and trustees. All primary users with the exception of alumnae and trustees must have a current year code on their ID pass. Alumnae, trustees, Community Swim members and Scottie Pass members, who have no college ID, will have other types of passes for identification which are issued by the Athletic Department (see III-4 above).
General Rules
- The primary user must accompany guests.
- If you do not have proper ID and/or pass, you will be refused admittance.
- You must be 16 years of age or older to use aerobic and/or strength equipment.
- An adult must accompany children under 16 years of age when using the pool and gym areas.
- Proper dress is mandatory in order to use the facilities. Proper dress means gym shoes, shorts, shirt, sweats and warm-ups. Swim wear only for the pool.
- Lockers can only be used on a day-to-day basis. If you put a lock on a locker, please remove it when you leave. Otherwise, the lock will be cut off.
- No bare feet permitted anywhere other than the pool area.
- Thirty (30) minutes maximum use of cardio equipment – must sign in for machine.
- The building is not open when the college is closed. This includes all holidays and vacation periods during the course of the academic year.
- The college reserves the right to revoke the privilege of using the facilities.
- Woodruff Building hours or access to specific areas are subject to change without notice.
